    2.     Order Deadlines Same-day orders must be placed before 10 AM
  12. Next-day/future orders: place at least 24 hours in advance
  13. Bulk or event orders: place 3–5 days ahead

    3. Payments We accept: • Zelle • Cash App • Apple Pay • Cash (only for in-person pickup)
  14. Full payment is required to confirm your order. Unpaid orders may be canceled. For Events and Large Orders: A non-refundable deposit is required on the same day you place your order to reserve your date and ingredients. The remaining balance must be paid before the event date.

    4. Pickup & Delivery: Pickup is available at an agreed time/location. Delivery is available for a fee, depending on your location.
  15. You will receive confirmation once payment is received.

    5. Cancellations & Refunds : Cancel at least 12 hours in advance for a full refund (excluding deposits).
  16. No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
  17. If we cancel due to an issue on our side, we will issue a full refund.

    6. Allergies & Food Safety : Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order. • We take food safety seriously, but we do not guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
